Dosage Recommendations
Calculations are based on body weight for normal use:
<130lbs = 10-20mg, 130-230lbs = 20-30mg, >230lbs. = 25-45mg.
For athletic use we recommend incrementally increasing the dosage by 5-10mg at a time. As always start with a small dosage and work your way up.
1oz. bottle: 1 dropperful = 100mg
