RESULTS MAY VARY WITH KMRELIEF CBD PRODUCTS

The statements made regarding KMRelief's products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All information presented here is not meant as a substitute for or alternative to information from healthcare practitioners. Please consult your healthcare professional about potential interactions or other possible complications before using any product. The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act requires this notice.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We strive to provide industry leading customer service to everyone and will always do our best to accommodate any questions, concerns, or requests. We rigorously test everything we sell to ensure that our products are only the highest quality. KMRelief reserves the right to deny service or the sale of its products to any would-be customer at its sole discretion.

RETURNS 
  
No Refunds/Exchanges:  We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective. All items that we ship are insured; if an item comes that is damaged from shipping we will work closely with you to get you a replacement as soon as possible. We may also request pictures or other identifying information to establish that damage was caused by the shipping carrier.

If you receive an item you believe is defective, please contact us with details of the product and the defect at josh@kmrelief.com
  
We may ask you for pictures, video, descriptions, and other identifying information to make a determination. If you are unable to provide adequate documentation requested, your return request may be denied. If your item is deemed defective, which is solely at KMRelief's discretion, we will issue you an RMA # which you will need to place in and on the package. We will then provide you with the appropriate address to send your return to. 

  
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders cancelled before they have shipped will be refunded as soon as possible, but it may take 5-7 business days to refund payment to a credit card in certain cases. 

TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS

Abusive, fraudulent, or blatantly incorrect reviews will not be published. Reviews received that are not attached to an existing customer account or a legitimate order will not be published due to potential inaccuracy or trolling. In the event of a poor product review, KMRelief LLC will do everything in its power to make the situation right with you, the customer. This may include asking questions about how your product was consumed, how it was stored, and other relevant questions. Given the variability basic human biology, KMRelief LLC will not publish negative reviews if a customer will not respond to help inquiries or attempt to remedy the situation. If attempts are made to remedy the situation and the customer is still unsatisfied despite working with KMRelief's suggestions, we will publish the review in its entirety regardless. All testimonials and reviews posted regarding KMRelief LLC's products are subject to publishing at the sole discretion of KMRelief LLC.
